We believe that the medical record is one of the most important tools necessary to assess the patient's health status correctly. Since the beginning of the year 2015, the department has started working on the integrated and comprehensive electronic file system.
All data which contains visiting date, medical history, laboratory results, radiology reports etc are kept as patient's medical
The Medical Records Section has three units to organize and deliver better services:
